He didn’t know what he was going to - but it had to be better than what he was leaving behind.

Let's get on that train, Mr. Potter, destiny awaits!! :)

I wish I could forget the story to enjoy it even more! Oh well!

‘What’s that you’ve got there, Potter?’ It was Quidditch through the Ages. Harry showed him.
‘Library books are not to be taken outside the school,’ said Snape. ‘Give it to me. Five points from Gryffindor.’

"Hermione Granger was almost as nervous about flying as Neville was. This was something you couldn’t learn by heart out of a book – not that she hadn’t tried."

Ah the small blemish for our lovely Hermione! And of course the 'stunt' by Neville! ;)

"I can teach you how to bottle fame, brew glory, even stopper death – if you aren’t as big a bunch of dunderheads as I usually have to teach."

Finally! Give it up for Severus Snape!

Holly & phoenix feather, eleven inches, nice and supple. It so happens that the phoenix whose tail feather is in your wand, gave another feather - just one other. It is very curious indeed that you should be destined for this wand when its brother - why, its brother gave you that scar.

Let's get you a Wand, shall we, Mr. Potter?

‘I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOME CRACKPOT OLD FOOL TO TEACH HIM MAGIC TRICKS!’ yelled Uncle Vernon.

Hagrid seized his umbrella and whirled it over his head. ‘NEVER -‘ he thundered, ‘- INSULT - ALBUS - DUMBLEDORE - IN - FRONT - OF - ME!’

Warm round of applause, ladies and gentlemen, for Rubeus Hagrid!

I've just had a very, VERY unsettling thought!
In my head, this series is LOVE! Growing up with HP was awesome.

BUT...after reading the first chapter, I am left wondering:
What if I read it now and I do not love it? What if the re-read ruins the series for me? :(
