Actually started this a few weeks ago. It is a coffee table book so I thought I would just look at the pictures, but the text is fascinating. As with Caillebotte, I find Bazille to be a fascinating topic to read. I always thought I loved Impressionism but with learning about these two, I realize how much I didn't know about Impressionism. Hoping that I can finish this by year end.
