Ppl underestimate how much time they require for thinking, they tend to schedule as a best case scenario for the day. Better predict conservatively. Yes this is defs what I have found when I schedule!

When working 4 days rather than 5, people still get the same amount of work done. You have less time and hence get rid of shallow/unnecessary tasks (of which there tend be plenty throughout the day!)
