I read this book for the mentorship aspect. I really enjoy it. Most of the concepts I’ve heard before, but I enjoyed Tim Gunn’s experiences that illustrate the theories. You also get some juicy celeb gossip. Worth the read no matter your field. It’s especially helpful if you manage creatives.
