Hopefully I'll see it before next weekend if you've shipped out my copy from the Kickstarter already.
@Jerry - glad you got yours okay and that you are enjoying the read.@Scott - I've been spot-checking the delivery dates on the copies and most are hitting people's boxes around 12/14 - 12/26.
