One of my reading goals for 2017 was to read more books by Swedish female authors, but I haven't done too well on this so far. For some reason I have this reluctance to pick up Swedish books because I think they will be very plot heavy with no emphasis on language or characters. This one though seems really nicely written so far and I think it might maybe be a good one.
