This is a book written by a mother and daughter in tanedem, or in succession, or together. They reflect on themes and events in thier own lives either as a dauger or as a mother, as well as in relation to thier mother or daughter. It's quite metacognative. It's also warm. THey are eachother's biggest champions, though they note the ways in which they are wholly different. Love it.
