I'm in Chapter 2: Rapport
So far its pretty interesting .. Chapter 1 was about "Intention" .. he's right it's critical .. so much so I was caught off guard about the manipulation tactics that were used to get someone to 'think' they were in the know .. and to participate without actually having clear intent .. Its giving me some insight to some unhealthy business practices ..
