Now Stephen is excited because Jackie came back and Jackie gave him some suviemers from Toronto's gift shop and he gave him a signed baseball with a Toronto's blue jay on it with his signeture

I believe that Stephen is sad because now Jackie Robinson is moving to Toronto to go to his baseball games. Stephen asked his dad if he could go with him but he said ow because he is eventually going to come back.

From the text clues, I can conclude that Stephen will tell his friends about who he lives by because he seems really excited and he talks at the dinner table a lot and whenever he goes outside he always looks for Jackie Robinson or he knocks on his door and sees if he is there or if he is playing baseball.

I like the part when Stephen just moves in and the next day he meets a famous player named Jackie Robinson. I like it because during the car ride to his new house he was scared who was going to be in his neighborhood. Then after the first day he woke up in his new house he saw Jackie Robinson and started to talk to him.

This makes me think about when I was at Miller Park and I got to talk to Jimmy Nelson. I was like Stephen because I was really nervous and didn't want to talk to them. But after a little while I got more confident and started to share stories with him.

I could imagine me talking to a famous player. I would be really excited because they are a famous person and in this case it is my favorite sport and I could maybe learn something from them. Also I could maybe get a signature just like Stephen did and I could show it to my friends like Stephen did.

I feel that Stephen is getting more confindeent because he is talking to more people next door and also he is talking to Jackie Robinson
