There's no denying that Lovecraft is extraordinary. I've never read anything like it before. My fiancé gave me this last Christmas and I'm still not finished. Small doses. I'll get there before Christmas this year. Extraordinary imagination. Vivid and curious imagery. Glorious wordsmithery. But tough going. I'll get there...
