A- When Catelyn is awoken by the King's Watch, they escort her to a room with Petyr. How did Petyr know that Catelyn was visiting? How did he know this when Varys didn't, although Varys knows all that goes on in the city?

V- I can easily visualize Arya's betrayal and attack on Joffrey and his horse. Martin's word choice is exceptional and he does well in depicting Sansa's failed attempts to help Joffrey after Arya attacked him.

I- As Tyrion, Jaime, and Cersei all discuss the current status of Bran Stark over breakfast and whether or not he will survive, Tyrion implies that the wolf howling outside his room is contributing to Bran's recovery.

F- It's funny, yet saddening, that Jeyne refers to Arya as "Horseface". Not only is she dissing her physical appearance, but she is also pointing fun at what Arya does better than her sister -- horse riding. This is upsetting because it really is the only thing Arya is good at, she isn't even the slightest bit attractive either. It really is all she has.

P- Daenerys is presented with a silk dress from her brother Viserys and Magister Illyrio so that Khal Drogo will marry her. I am doubtful that Daenerys is okay with the whole situation, but I predict it will happen anyway.

I'm interested in this book because I am an avid Game of Thrones watcher, and I have heard from many that the book is better (as always).
