(con't) Because Cassie died, Evan is kind of depressed and kind of thinks he is useless in the "family".

At the end of the book, the author adds an epilogue, and it really adds how Marika, Ben, Sam, Megan, and Evan all changed. Marika is now less bossy, and more caring, especially of her daughter. Ben now worries a lot less about Megan and Sam. Sam is more carefree and enjoys being with Megan more. Megan worries a lot less now and isn't afraid to speak anymore. Evan, I think is the only one that changed for the worse.

10/16/16 - I am almost done with this book and I can really see how Cassie has changed. At first, Cassie was very overprotective of Sam, and didn't like how Zombie let him do whatever. At the end, she offered to work with Ringer, who she hated, and let Sam stay with Zombie. I feel like her feelings changed because she can trust Sam more now, and knows he won't do anything stupid.

So far, I've noticed that Sam had really changed drastically since the first book. In the first book, before Sam was taken to Vosch's training camp, he was practically glued to Cassie, but at the training camp, Vosch taught him how to be a soldier and defend himself. He also met Ben at the camp and now trusts Ben more than Cassie. He feels as if he doesn't need Cassie anymore because he can defend himself and he

10/13/16 - I think the author should explain more about who and what Ringer is because one minute she seems like an Other, while other times, she seems more like a human. Later on in the book, however, I realized that she is a human enhanced with the 12th System, but that lead me to another question. Why did Vosch choose to enchance her?

10/09/16-I noticed that as a reader, my perspective of Ringer has changed since the last book. In the last book, Ringer was a normal girl trying to survive, but I did think she was special because she was very good with a gun. At the beginning of this book, the author revealed that she is really one of the Others. She has always been one of them, just never revealed before, therefor, she has not actually changed.
