Longest book I have ever seen! I chickened out. Let me know if It's worth it!

I actually did not finish it. About 500 pages in, I quit. Way too much detail, I was struggling to get through it. Less would have been more. Couldn't figure out how to delete it from my "read" list. Very unusual for me to give up on a book, I usually stick it out no matter what. Thumbs down.
