I like the idea of why he says gods and everything but forgive me if I come across as ignorant - if anyone reads this,please don't attack me but correct me- I think of USA as a country with several diverse communities of different ethnicities and religious beliefs but with that being said USA is also dominantly (I think?) so that's why maybe Christianity is the default - it's like if 'firangis' come to India (predominantly Hindu) and ask why is Hinduism the default? Because most are. Simple. Like smack dab around our Diwali , you see the flurry of fireworks,diyas and house décor being marketed but that wouldn't be the case in USA - it would still be marketed just not majorly and that's ok
