So, what is that book aboit?

It's about a town named Macondo, and the history of several generations of the Buendía family.

It is, for me, the most important novel of the Latin American Boom, and of the 'magical realism'.

Have you read García Marquez before? He is one of my favorite autors. (:

This one is very popular. But my favorite so far is Of Love and Other Demons. It is a easy read, and it's beautifully written.

I would recommend that one if you want to get to know Gabriel García Márquez work. It has great characters, magic, love, mystery... What else is there to ask for? :P

Probably! Although he was supposed to be born on my birthday, which is two days later. So i'm almost, but not quite, exactly ten years older than him. :)
