Nevermind! I have a magical 2-week extension from the Interlibrary Loan Office because my library branch is closed for construction and I couldn't return it. Dreams do come true, folks!

This was as far as I could get before my Interlibrary Loan period ended, due to the density of the material. So I'm returning it for now, with hopes that I'll be able to pick it up again some future month. I should note, I'm actually closer to the end than page number would indicate, since there are many pages of endnotes and a lengthy index.
