Just ran into a mine on my reading of this book and it exploded. After page 672 suddenly there are thirty some odd lost pages to page 705! Random House states it is a first edition and the number starts with a two so I can only image RH stumped their toe on this First Edition book. The missing pages start where the second group of unnumbered pictures start.....then, more...pages 705 through 736 are duplicated!
