This was an easy and quick read. I like that Nadler is finally going with less than 200 pages. It lagged a bit starting in the middle and into the end. I would dose off.

The beginning was very strong and the ending was meh; good cliffhanger but could have used a little more power.

Not sure how I feel about Bill's therapy dog being named Bullet considering he just tried to take his own life with a bullet

Oh thank heavens! Nadler wrote this extremely well to the point I didn't want to pick it up and start reading with the fear that my favorite character was killed off. Nadler built up the opening but didn't lag with the outcome. It was written so well. I love how Julie gives us her point of view and you breath a sigh of relief.

So I read the discription before diving in. Needless to say, I am shocked, extremely heartbroken as well as pissed as it seems my favorite character was killed off. Dammit!
