Have you reached the Anubis sequence yet?

I'm going to jump back into this headfirst after Sot-Weed Factor, how is it the third time around?

I read this section yesterday. Amazing writing, though I'll need to get my head around whether it all occurred in Slothrop's dream or whether it was for real. Some interesting moral questions will arise.

One was simply to finish it, a second was a few years ago, to do it greater justice (which I can't say was a detailed reading, I don't remember much other than my overall impression) and this one to understand and review.
