Chapter 2: overly poetic language rather diffuses some occasionally good erotic description. It's starting to sound like Isle of the Dead or The Most Dangerous Game with the mysterious Count Mona and so on. So, far, I'm sorta like: Who are these people? Why is this guy on this island? Who the hell is he? OK OK onward, but I'm not enjoying it...
