I am learning a lot from the the Ashram spiritual journey the author is going through so far. The Kundalini shakti moment she had, Gurugita chanting struggle and her mind constantly sabotaging her journey is to say the least, familiar. I do wish she would have travelled through India, but her journey is amazing so far. Oh the Italy part, how could she only visit Florence a weekend? Just my two cents
