Wait, how did they bind an aon to the silver that locks the demon away?! Also I’ve been loving Hoid’s explanations of things in this because I can understand all of the Cosmere terms and stuff lol
And I wonder who the “prophet” is…. He honestly reminds me of Vasher a little but I don’t know if Vasher would say things like they said the prophet did

And it mentioned that the demon blood is SPIKED with silver to keep the demon from escaping, and that a dragon—could that be how Starling’s uncle died/disapeareed?—helped lock the demon away and that it was given a physical form by being given enough investiture which took it fully into the physical realm, instead of Shadesmar or the spiritual realm, which is really interesting

Wait, the type of flame that destroyed Ashyn and is trapping Hoid in this book has a name? According to Hoid, it’s godflame, and December’s planet has that too.

I just preorder the signed edition of thist!!
Also I think the "demon cat" is some kind of investiture type thing like a spren, and that December's mom is from a different planet--I'm guessing maybe Scadrial because of how her mom looked and how it seems like she could have maybe genetically passed down some kind of investiture related ability to December.
And I guessed who the count was correctly!
