So far so good. Liked the advice about journaling each night. Very modern. Or timeless for that matter. The content here is just alot of interesting and dynamic maxim versions of the kind of commonplaces you can find in most Greek phil. Strongly reminds me of Publius Syrus. Def worth reading if you have a background in Greco- Roman Ancient Phil. But otherwise it will just be very boring and footnotey.
