I feel like I would have had a different opinion on this book had I read it last year. there are some great nuggets of wisdom for women who want to advance including the importance of networking and mentorship, but I don’t know if the overall planning is as linear in our current landscape (at least in my industry). If anything, it has me reevaluating what I’m willing to sacrifice for my ambitions.
