May 24- So far in the book, I am getting a small glimpse of what the setting in the book is going to be. The setting is more of a scary and stressful setting because this book does take place in a concentration camp during the holocaust. Elie our main character who is a Jew has just had his town invaded in 1944 by the Nazis, he is put on a train and sent to Auschwitz, where the setting really starts to emerge.
