The Character that i'm mostly like is Jefferson because when he was at the liquor store he was there at the wrong time when the shoot out happened and now he's sentenced to death just like me when i'm there at the wrong time and always get called up or in trouble.

A hard choice the main character makes is when there was a shootout at the store and also he stayed frozen upon the shooting because he was scared so he was actually convicted of murder when he didn't commit it.

This book is really interesting because it talks about how African Americans do and what they believe in their culture but it doesn't stay stay in one subject it changes during the chapters it talks about being in jail in one than it changes to being in love.
