i’m less than a 100 pages in and already irritated. aurora is such an insufferable idiot: my girl needs to realize that being stubborn isn’t a cute personality trait, esp as it rather reads more like clueless foolishness on her.

there’s also no reason for her to hate the starmaker this much or deny being the starmaker rising so vehemently. i can’t stand the chosen-one-doesn’t-wanna-be-the-chosen-one trope.
