Nesryn’s story is cool but it’s slowing me down knowing it’s just her for several chapters. I do like the landscape tho, makes me feel festive.

I would’ve really appreciated Chaol realising who Yrene’s stranger was. Also, I would like Hasar to be pushed in the pool again, I don’t like her.

Wouldn’t mind Hasar and Arghun getting killed off

Honestly Sarah just give me 700 pages of Chaol being in love w Yrene n Yrene not realising. They’re such a cute lil pair of nerds. I’ve read loads of comments saying ‘Chaol got the simple life w a healer that Dorian wanted’ but I just think that’s ridiculous, Chaol craves the routine n simplicity, Dorian is a sassy little ruler who needs a crazy Manon.

Not excited to have like 10 chapters straight of the other book when the Chaos Yrene romance is finally heating up

Yrene and Chaol pls hurry up and fall in love, I’m impatient. This one is lowkey feeling faster paced than the one w all the main characters. Potentially just because of the romance.
