Very condescending. Asked a good question (how do we function without time?) and didn't answer it. Disagree that it's impossible to be unhappy when present. Being present means being aware of every emotion and situation. If I am present and grieving, I am fully grieving and feeling the emotion of sadness. Why is happiness the goal anyway?

Classic guy has a subjective spiritual experience and now is objectively wise and above other people. Poor us. We need enlightenment.
He presents all these spiritual "truths" without providing references for their existence. We're just supposed to accept them. I don't need a full research paper, but even quotations of religious scripture would be helpful
