I didn’t realise this was the second book in a trilogy, but it’s ok to read as a standalone. This was a random pick up at the library because the title made me chuckle. On starting, I may have made a mistake but I’m willing to carry on because I’ve LOL’ed a couple of times already 😂

Why on earth am I still reading this?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ there’s some new characters introduced now and because I haven’t read the first book I’m a bit lost with them. It’s not having too much of an impact on the story, there’s definitely something keeping me here though, it’s probably the sheer vampiric stupidity! 😂 And the huge shaved cat.

Simon That sounds funny. Reminds me a little of The Santa Clarita Diet, the one where Drew Barrymore is a Zombie, and her husband tries to keep it a secret.

I watched that, it was hilarious! 😂 this one’s weird for me because the MC is 19 and I know too much about him (physically) already and at 52, I’m finding it uncomfortable 🤣

Absolutely no need for that sort of thing at our age 😆

The American humour (humor 🙄) is hit or miss, I prefer the word ‘poo’ to ‘poop’ (take that as you will 🤣) foreskin is the same both sides of the Atlantic, thankfully. That gives you an idea why I think I’ve made a mistake with it, it’s so cringey 😬 but it’s made me laugh and books don’t often manage that 😆
