Wow is this book dated. “You agree with the author on the making of chocolate mousse. But you’re a man who never steps foot in the kitchen.”

This book. Ever read Napoleon Hill? You know he can say in 30 words what you can say in 10? Same here with Adler. Very wordy.

Apparently, I have never read a nonfiction book properly in my life. When my kids were in school, I’d hear them say they had to annotate a book. I never, not once, did that in high school. I’m not sure I did it when I was at Michigan.

Better to learn late than never.

I’m hoping that I Indeed learn how to read a book from this book.

Separately, the authors skillfully used the word “doodad” in a sentence.

I’ve owned this book for years. Thought it time to learn from it.
