Talcott meets with Uncle Jack. Uncle Jack knows what the arrangement is. He does not know where it is located. Talcott could not reach Kimmer and calls the police and FBI. She becomes angry at Talcott. She said she was asleep in Bentley's room and could not hear the phone.

Talcott has met and spoken with Uncle Jack in Aspen, Colorado. Uncle Jack has a beautiful home. Talcott confronted him with the suspicion that he, Uncle Jack, helped his father hire Colin Scot alias Jonathan Villard to kill the hit and run driver who killed Abbey. Of course Uncle Jack was insulted. He told Talcott to keep looking for the arrangements. Once the arrangements are found peace of mind.

Kimmer did not get the judgeship. It went to Lemaster Carlyle another Black faculty member. Talcott is under suspicion for his sanity. He only has two weeks to wrap everything up considering his father or he will have to resign from the school. He may not get a good recommendation from Dean Lynda Wyatt. Talcott is in Aspen, Colorado talking to Jack Ziegler to find out what else he knows.
