listened to so much today… it’s so good tho. i just teared up at a line kip said

loving the audiobook!

this book is largely plotless, so one of the central conflicts has just become “kip doesn’t properly explain his promotions to his family and friends and then gets upset when they don’t realize he’s the second most powerful man in the universe”😭😭😭(it’s a little bit ridiculous tbh! and it’s happened Three Times so far)

halfway through this, enjoying it a lot so far, i have been told however it goes a little downhill in the second half😔😔

one must sleep, mustn’t one

the author keeps making the emperor say the Most lovey dovey things and then ENDING THE CHAPTER and if that’s not a reason for their “hidden desires” to be for each other then what is. what is!!!!

gonna attempt to read this beast of a book!
