I'm finding this book to be very informational. His main rule for healthy eating is to consume only "food". This means to eat food that isn't processed and packaged with health claims. Now a day you have to look out for all the unhealthy foods. It may look pleasing to the eye but it's not to your body. I'm learning new things on every page, i really enjoy reading this.

I really like how Pollan goes into detail on some foods. I've learned a lot about how at one time company's had to start putting the word imitation on fake foods. This was detrimental to their company. Products like margarine aren't exactly better for you. There are a lot of unhealthy additives. I learn something new every page.

This choice of book is very different for me, I've never read about tips on eating. I'm not the most healthy eater so i am hoping to pick up a few tips from the book. I can tell that he really knows what he's talking about, he obviously has been studying nutrition/healthy eating for a big part of his life.
