i am absolutely loving the relationship between persephone and elsie, they have the most unlikely, but adorable friendship

i’m listening to this one on audio and so far the story is very intriguing! the story switches back and forth from present day, 81 yr old Elsie, and a younger Mabel. Elsie is hilarious and has made me laugh out loud quite often!
