The professor and student(tho college(?)) is a little weird for me, though I just think of the professor as an upperclassman of some sort to make it better for my brain to not be grossed out. This book’s writing is a lot less complex than A Lesson in Thorns book series I’ve read before which is a nice change, and it’s tiny(only like 270 pages)
