I hate when a book describes the character in one paragraph. It’s just so unnatural. Like it’s not TOO bad here, as she uses the poster of herself to give a description (it’s clunky, but that’s the writing style it seems) but then she goes and describes her hair, and it just doesn’t fit.

Okay? The writing is lowkey giving me whiplash. Very fast paced. Sort of choppy and kinda weird lol

Waiting for her twin brother to either haunt the narrative and appear in the end (only to die in the sequel lol) orrrrr for him to be someone she doesn’t recognise but like it’s so obvious it’s him. lol

So haven’t even started reading and there’s a map. There’s an immortal and mortal part (sectioned off by a wall) and the capital of the immortal part is named Nevaeh 😂😭 I can’t
