Jayson
Jayson is on page 153 of 158

Notes:
(1) You know, this actually reminds me a lot of Keanu Reeves' "BRZRKR."
- A quick-to-read gorefest, characters coming back from the dead, shock value passed off as story, etc.
- This at least tries for twists and turns, but they're all lame and low-value.
(2) I felt the same about this as "The Magic Order, Vol. 5."
- Low effort with a "let's get this over with" vibe.

Jayson’s Previous Updates

Jayson
Jayson is on page 80 of 158

Notes:
(1) In my first read of the series, I described this as feeling "blunted." While that's still definitely the case, as far as twists and turns go, I'll add to that by saying that everything just feels blunt.
- There's no nuance to the plot or the dialogue. It's a high school relationship drama but everyone just says everything they feel—as if to hurry the story along.

Jayson
Jayson is starting

Notes:
(1) I just finished "The Magic Order," so I figure I'll knock out all the Millarworld trades I've already read in singles.
(2) Usually I wait until just before the next run to read the preceding trade, but who knows when or even if it'll even come out.
- It took a decade to get "Huck 2." Heck, it's been ten years since "Reborn" and we're still waiting on that sequel.
