Satan has already lost twice. In the pre-mortal life, and in the garden of Eden. God works in 3s. He is destined to lose again.

God placed enmity between Satan and “the woman” specifically. He is so anti woman, he’s had it out for us ever since.

God actually MADE the coats of skins for Adam and Eve HIMSELF. God tends to delegate a lot but he did this himself as a gift to Adam and eve. likewise, the endowment is also a gift and mirrors this.

To bring life into this world, Eve had to choose death in the garden. Which is a symbolic parallel to Gethsemane and the garden tomb. Where death is the only real choice if souls were to be saved.

Satan can only contribute to the exaltation of man by giving the opposition necessary for testing during mortal probation. Satan was simply a tool used to trigger the plan of mortality. Satans ruses are often turned to God’s use

Eden was a temple for Adam & Eve, and is a prototype for all temples: Gods presence can be found there, they worshipped, learned of ordinances, made sacred covenants, and were sealed together there. We, likewise, enter Eden when we enter the temple, which is why the endowment asks us to picture ourselves as Adam or Eve.

it had to be a transgression because it had to be a deliberate choice. Adam & Eve couldn’t just be along for the ride and coast their way to the fall. The choice couldn’t be made in ignorance. It had to be completely deliberate.
