Really good book as adult fantasy goes, tons of worldbuilding, but I wanted to read something that would make me feel connected to the characters and this was not it. SO much was introduced so early on and just as I would start to connect with who I thought were the main characters the POV would change and we wouldn't read anything about them for who knows how long. Might DNF not sure yet
