While I was waiting for my next book to arrive I decided to read a few pages of this book: The Resonant by Samuel S Barton. It came out a few months ago I believe & is self published as far as I can tell? We now I’m Hooked in… so far it’s exceptional for a first book offering, fast paced & concise writing that while short on detail is full of environment & world building intent.
