Kesta, girlie, no. You need therapy.

Girl, any proper scientist knows to observe before jumping to hope.

I feel that Dudley probably doesn't respect Kesta as much as he should. Whenever something of substance happens, Kesta is at the forefront of the discovery while Lundeen and Dudley work on it.

I do think this book represents the grief of losing a loved one. Whether Tim's a zombie or not, Kesta experiences the stages of grief. Also, Dudley pisses me off. He says he wants to do good but follows whatever keeps him from trouble.

The way this is written makes me believe that Tim will fully die by the end of this.
