I can't stand the FMC xD good start. Also saying, that the mysterious stalker, must be the real deal with being the son of one of the lost hikers from the pass, because he knows how to pronoounce and name the hikers, is so ??? Bcs other ppl cant or what.

Oh my, already in the first sentences (of the german translation) the translator (and editor) can't decide if we're naming it Djatlov or Dyatlow, while in the english original its Dyatlov ... very good job, not.
