Crazy stupid. Best friend Cassie hired him to kill her since she hit her horrible brother in a hit and run. But then they all forgive each other, including Cassie’s new boyfriend/Noelle’s ex who knows she hired a dude to kill Noelle, and no one goes to jail? Wtf. Just bad.
