Holy hell this is good! As a woman (not currently in a position of almost power like the FMC…yet), I feel fucking seen. The romance is lovely, the politics intriguing, the world fuckin fascinating and I’m IN IT. I have an alarm set for when I can read today bc otherwise I will forgo all other responsibilities, lay on the floor, and read furiously. All day long. Ah, the dream.
