Just like the praise i heard, the characters in this are amazing. This thing he does where he is quoting the characters in his prose, like a cheeky journalist is super fun and engaging to read and also a dance of perspectives mid-sentence.

Hard switch of location, time and character. This is good stuff. Idk if it really works the other way (kind of missing the Marxism) but I would definetely recommend DE to fans of LK
