I struggle with this too but what helps me so much is 4-7-8 breathing (in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8) it calms your nervous system and makes it literally impossible to be anxious. Hope this helps! ♥️

Hii girly!!So what I do is welp count by 9's and I NEED to keep my hands busy so I don’t pick my nails and skin so stress balls, picky pads, etc

I pray and listen to meditations on the app Abide my mom got it for me bc anxiety used to genuinely take over my life (mine was about getting ill) I also noticed strong comforting smells help at least for me like peppermint oil or pillow spray idk this is just what works for me❤️
try the 5s trick: notice and focus on 5 things u see. find and touch 4 things and think about how they feel. channel into three things u hear. think about 2 things u can smell. and last, meditate on 1 thing u love. i hope this helps <33
