Almost back to where I stopped three years ago. Still as good as I recall! Still a bit meh on the... more sexual comparisons at time (hella awkward if one of those few sentences happen when serving a customer, omg), but still so obsessed with the thematic storytelling. Its a story about stories, and gods am I a sucker for that. I love stories so much and this book has done so good with it thus far

Almost exactly three years later, we're back to conquer this beast 💪 Will be listening to it during work so we should finish it by mid to late July 🤞 Will take much longer to get through, but we shouldn't hit a slump part way through so we should be able to actually consistently get through it, rather than the stop and go, stop and go, lol. Audio books, do your thing 🫡

Hmm. What happened in the last chapter I kinda figured would happen when Nisha asked Ari to stay, almost like she knew what was going to happen. And Eloine reminding him that he should follow his own advice and let himself feel the hurt instead of trying to ignore it, because like he said, pain is pain, and having experienced more doesn't make the other pains any less. Which is clearly something Ari needed to hear
