What’s fascinating about this book is people’s reactions to it. It reads like a book of mythology or fables with the author’s interpretation, but there is a lot for the reader to consider. I don’t see this as a “how to be evil” manual as much as a reflection on power dynamics. As someone raised with very different values, it’s interesting to get a peek behind the megalomaniac curtain.
