Provocative titles can often be fun, and this one is definitely a little misleading - it strives to help people better understand each other in the workplace based on their personality "color". It also kind of runs with the "Red Rising" series I'm also reading: a person's function in society is determined by their skin - red, blue, pink, gold, etc.
